Oobleck Experiment

Hello everyone! Looking for a fun experiment to try at home? Check this one out!

Oobleck is neither a solid or a liquid. By definition it is a Non Newtonian Fluid. That means it can be both a liquid and a solid! By mixing the water and the cornstarch together, they bind in a way where if you add quick pressure, the cornstarch binds together to form a solid. But, if you slowly move your hand through the liquid, your cornstarch won’t bind together to form a solid! Isn’t that crazy! Just when you thought the world was starting to make sense...
