Have you ever hear "You can't pour from an empty cup?" Caregivers do so much, and play a number of very important roles in the lives of those they provide care for.
It is important to look after the caregiver as well.
In this session, Linda Flemming explored useful ways in which caregivers themselves can find support tailored to their needs, and shared local resources available to support caregivers who do so much for others in their lives.
